These terms and conditions, together with the contract, constitute the Contract.ġ.2 Clickchart Ltd shall use all reasonable endeavours to supply the Services in accordance in all material respects with the Scope.ġ.3 Clickchart Ltd shall cooperate with the Client in all matters relating to the Services and shall perform the Services with reasonable care and skill.Ģ.1 The term of the licence granted by Clickchart Ltd shall be provided for the period identified in the applicable Order Confirmation Form.Ģ.2 This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for the Term of the Licence unless earlier terminated, with guidelines as provided in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.Ģ.3 The term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for additional periods of one (1) year unless either party provides to the other written notice of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original or any extended term. Where the Client requests work from Clickchart Ltd outside of the Scope, the Client and Clickchart Ltd will agree the terms for completion of the additional work, for which details will be contained in an additional appendix to the contract and will otherwise be subject to these terms and conditions.
